"....the three authors and the illustrator deserve congratulations and our gratitude for compiling such a useful field guide for the populous and critically located nation-state that draws upon the rich bird fauna of its Peninsular and island neighbours. The birding experience of any resident or visitor will be enhanced by consultation of the pages of this Field Guide and, by following the advice given, will get to see and identify many of the 424 bird species listed and illustrated."  (Earl of Cranbrook in IBIS, International Journal of Avian Science 2024)
