Original brown cloth boards with black spine titles; 7/- printed to spine. Presumably a very early reprint, this has been bound with an extra (blank) leaf after every page from page 43, which is where the Flora itself starts, through to the index at page 201, so presumably as a way of offering space for notes rather than in error. There are a very small number of neat pencil notes, otherwise internally fairly crisp, clean and bright. Folding map is separated but tucked in; also crisp and clean. Boards are a little rubbed and worn with some spine fade.
