Original brown cloth boards with black spine titles; 7/- printed to spine; front hinge cracked but holding firm; a few light marks with some spine fade. Presumably a very early reprint, this has been bound with an extra (blank) leaf after every page from page 43, which is where the Flora itself starts, through to the index at page 201, so presumably as a way of offering space for notes rather than in error. Internally crisp and clean with some age toning, incuding folding map.
