Pages 417 & 418 ( part of the index) are missing, but 2 photocopied sheets fill in the missing parts. The Third Edition in 4 volumes. 31 engraved plates (1 folding and 1 hand-coloured), Pp.xii, 402, 512 (page numbers 257/258 omitted by printer but all text present,) 513-920 (pagination is continuous between second and third volumes), 418.
