Atlas Biogeographique de la Flore de Corse

A collective work edited by Alain Delage and Laetitia Hugot, in co-publication with the National Botanical Conservatory of Corsica / Corsican Environmental Office. An Atlas of the remarkable flora of Corsica had been awaited for many years. It was necessary for scientists to collate in a single book the major data of most of the plants listed in Corsica. This Atlas will be ideal for nature lovers and defenders of the island environment who want to know all the diversity of our flora .

The Atlas Biogeographique de la Flore de Corse (Biogeographic atlas of the flora of Corsica) presented today by the National Botanical Conservatory of Corsica is an ambitious collection, prepared over several years by the best specialists in Corsica . More than 500 plants are listed, described and their locations on the island located for each on a specific map of Corsica. They are also located in their general geography (Mediterranean, Europe, North Africa) when they are not strictly speaking endemic.
