The more sought after 2nd edition to which has been added 4 poisonous fungi: col.frontis.+iv+76pp.+31 hand-coloured plates (32 in total)+16pp. publ. advs. Burgundy cloth boards with gilt spine and cover titles; bumped with spine faded to brown and some patchy fading to rear board; front hinge cracked; 2 plates partially separated from textblock. Dust dulled top edge. Internally, light age toning, spotting mostly to prelims and adverts and final few plates, a small number of light marks, otherwise crisp and clean.
