Author Biography

Mohamed Moussaoui received his PhD in Telecommunication from the University of Valenciennes (UVHC), France, in 2005, and his HDR degree from the University of Abdelmalek Essaadi in 2016. From 2002 to 2004, he worked as a teaching research assistant at the University of Valenciennes, France. In 2007, he joined the ENSA of Tangier, Morocco, as a research professor. From 2011 to 2014, he served as the head of the Engineering GSTR Program at ENSA of Tangier. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the head of SIC Department at ENSA of Tangier. His extensive community service also demonstrates the international impact of his work as a reviewer/program committee member of more than 30 venues, including top-ranked journals/conferences. He has also served as an expert consultant to the Francophone University Agency, Middle Eastern Office. Additionally, he has extensive experience and actively participates in networking events for the development and implementation of international research and development projects projects and programs, such as FP7 MED-Dialogue and Join-Med.His research interests include IoT, Sensor Networks, VLC &Terahertz communication, 6G, and Science Diplomacy. Ali Rachid is a professor of sustainable development and tourism management, territorial tourism potential assessment, ecotourism and PA, and research methodology at ISIT in Tangier. As a visiting professor, he has taught at many universities, at the INAS in Tangier, the FSJES of the UAE in Tangier, the FLSH in Tetouan and the PF in Nador. He has coordinated various national and international projects, often in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, the U. George Washington (PAT and rural tourism), with the U. of Toronto and Harvard (ecotourism and desert landscapes), Yes Program Green with the Ministry of Environment and UNDP. Associate Researcher at the MLM Laboratory, ENCG Tangier. His research focuses on the analysis of issues related to the development and management of natural resources in North-South relations. It aims to offer an innovative tourism model that enhances resources and territories. He also conducts research on issues of science diplomacy and water management.
