Author Biography

Dr. Sara Musaddiq is serving as Associate Professor and Chairperson of Department of Chemistry, The Women University Multan. She has also served as Director Quality Enhancement Cell. She earned her PhD degree in Natural Product Chemistry in 2014 from the Islamia University Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Dr Sara is founding Editor-in-Chief, of the Journal Frontiers in Chemical Sciences. Being an energetic young scientist, she is playing her role in community services by conducting research to explore the potential of precious natural resources. Her research remains focused on unraveling the mysteries of nature's chemical repertoire, with a particular emphasis on exploring the medicinal potential of local herbs as well as use of natural resources in synthesis of nanomaterials. In addition to her research endeavors, Sara Musaddiq is deeply committed to mentorship and education, inspiring the next generation of scientists to explore the wonders of natural product chemistry. In order to sustain her research group, Dr. Sara has received several competitive research grants including research grant under National Research Program for Universities from HEC Pakistan. She has supervised various MPhil and PhD theses. Imama Fayyaz is currently passionately immersed in her Doctoral studies in Chemistry at The Women University Multan, Pakistan. With gold medals secured in both her MSc and M. Phil., her academic excellence is evident. Her research focuses on nanocatalysis and organic synthesis, particularly in exploring coupling reactions. With a strong dedication to advancing scientific knowledge, Imama's work demonstrates her expertise and commitment to pushing the boundaries of chemical science. Additionally, she specializes in utilizing natural products for the formulation of various health and skincare products. Imama has also made contributions to the field through her previous publication on phytopharmaceuticals as crucial anticancer therapeutic agents. Her expertise extends to practical applications on an industrial scale, where she seeks to implement her research findings for real-world impact across diverse sectors. Dr. Kiran Mustafa is a distinguished chemical scientist specializing in advanced polymeric membranes for water treatment. Her expertise significantly advances the fields of membrane science, separation technology, and nanotechnology. Dr. Kiran Mustafa is acclaimed for her extensive research and scholarly publications and has made notable strides in both academic and industry collaborations. As a dedicated lecturer, she has effectively integrated innovative teaching methodologies and technology to elevate student learning. Her leadership in securing research grants underscores her prowess in proposal writing and project management. Dr. Kiran Mustafa is also the author of Nanotechnology and the Generation of Sustainable Hydrogen, highlighting her pivotal contributions to environmental remediation and sustainable technology development.
