Author Biography

Ian Cooke has been a professional horticulturalist for many years. He currently works as a grounds manager for Nottingham University, the first university to win a Green Flag Award for the campus landscape. He is actively involved with Nottingham in Bloom, helping them to win a Gold Medal in 2003. He hold the National Collection of Canna and has a particular interest in exotic and architectural plants He is the author of two previous books, and has written for various magazines.
