Author Biography

Arne Nils Linløkken is an associate professor emeritus at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. He earned his MSc in Freshwater Biology at the University of Oslo, Norway, in 1985, and worked on fisheries management issues at the Hedmark County Environmental Administration Department before he was employed at Hedmark College, both in Norway, where he has taught undergraduate and master's students on the subjects of general ecology and fish ecology and management. Linløkken earned his PhD at Karlstad University, Sweden, in 2008, with a dissertation titled 'Population Ecology of Perch (Perca fluviatilis) in Boreal Lakes.'
