She specializes in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders and is passionate about improving the training of new clinicians in the field of behavior analysis. Erica S. Ranade is a board-certified behavior analyst, nationally certified school psychologist, and licensed psychological practitioner working in Kentucky, USA. She is currently a PhD student in curriculum and instruction specializing in special education.
