An RHS horticultural monograph on all species and cultivars of Hedera.
This comprehensive illustrated guide includes detailed information and photographs of all 12 species and nearly 200 cultivars. All 12 species are described in detail, plus keys to aid identification, including photographs taken in rarely seen wild habitats
The cultivars are grouped by leaf shape and colour, aiding plant choice for gardeners and designers.
The book also covers botany, history, breeders, ecosystem services, extensive cultivation advice, and a checklist of more than 1,000 cultivar and scientific names.
This is the second in a series of RHS horticultural monographs; the first was on Kniphofia (red-hot pokers).
