Author Biography

Dr Hayley Jones leads RHS research into slugs, a huge concern for many gardeners. Her mission is to find effective and environmentally-friendly controls for problem slugs while educating people about them. Hayley is a fantastic communicator and shares the latest RHS research with members and the gardening public either face-to-face at shows and events, through the RHS Gardening Advice service, and through press interviews and more recently television appearances, such as on BBC Newsround.
