1954 1st edition, 1st printing inside a 1971 4th reprint DJ. The green cloth binding is in Fine condition aside form a few light marks and a very lightly faded spine. Firmly bound. Some spotting to textblock edges and endpapers; otherwise internally very crisp and clean with a little age toning. DJ very crisp and bright; no spine fade, though almost imperceptible loss to the outer layer of the white spine paper of the gull’s head; a very small amount of toning to the very top and bottom of the inside flaps.
