Blue leather with gilt cover and spine titles and gilt crest of Sutherland House Windlesham to the front cover; AEG; xii,238+4pp(ads). A little edge wear; spine worn with loss to top and bottom; spine also faded and cracked. Front board separated bottom third but holding well. Rear board separating bottom 1″ with very little movement. Internally crisp and clean with just light age toning and a few spots of foxing just affecting the first and final few leaves. Inscription dated 1913 and a poem pasted to FEP.
