Peter Jordan had a lifelong interest in mushrooms, collecting and cooking them at his world-renowed pub in rural Norfolk, England, as well as running The Tasty Mushroom Partnership. He produced a video, The Collector's Guide To Wild Mushrooms. Steven Wheeler is a highly original food writer who began his career in food journalism after 10 years of practical experience working in leading restaurants throughout Europe.
