Wild Flowers of Kent Downland. A photographic guide

This introductory guide covers 70 species, most of which are can be found on any chalk downland in the  UK as well as Europe. The images are well chosen to show details in the field, with at least one image per species covered. The descriptions are brief but cover details of height, flowers, stem, leaves, habitat, flowering time, abundance and often a short note about such things as herbal uses,  origin of names, historical  information and folklore.
