Author Biography

Ann Chapman is a passionate rose grower and an expert on Old Roses. Wth her husband she established the Trinity Farm Living Rose Museum in New Zealand, planting their first rose bushes over twenty-five years ago. The varieties Ann has chosen for this book come from her own gardens, where she came to wonder about the stories of the women whose namesakes she saw every day. Women in my Rose Garden is the result of years of research and many hours of thoughtful gardening. Paul Starosta specialises in wildlife and plants, taking photographs for books and advertising campaigns all over the world.
